Over the weekend, I had a special experience at the beach that I would like to share. Chronic arthritis left me with severe knee pain after a stay in the salt water, making it difficult for me to get up without help. But I put a Freedom band-aid on my knee, which reminded me of the bandages I had with me. Amazingly, the pain disappeared and I was able to stand and dance without any discomfort.
