Good evening everyone, Today started my quiet Monday is namely the last kind of weekend day the only thing I am obliged to follow on this day is a small work discussion and for the rest actually quite little Naja the faithful four-legged friend of course also has to pee several times. So I also deliberately chose to start sports after a few days because I don't know how I'm going to feel with little sugars and caffeine. But still I am secretly countdown the days until I finally get back to the gym, because they are finally opening up again!! The breakfast I was allowed to eat today according to the schedule was Greek Yoghurt 0% fat with half an apple and a little cinnamon (I have left the cinnamon behind as I do not like it very much) This breakfast is enough for me as I am not such a morning eater, normally I only started eating around 12 hours while I was already up for 8 hours.. After my breakfast I left the dog out and went to work because I have a work meeting at 9 o'clock this takes about 11 o'clock. Nice but sometimes tiring that it always has to be on one day off... Sighs.... Arrived at my 1st snack of the day this is half a cucumber with a bit of pepper and salt and cinnamon, I must say the combination pepper, salt, cinnamon and cucumber doesn't sound like music to me so I've left this behind. Which then turns out to just a bowl of slices of cucumbers. But I must say so far so good yet not intense hungerfelt.

                                                                                                                             

Aangezien het redelijk weer is vandaag heb ik besloten om mijn lunch alvast voor te bereiden en deze mee te nemen als ik lekker met de hond naar het bos ga mijn lunch bestaat uit een volkoren wrap met avocado, gegrilde kipfilet , sla , tomaat en komkommer. Easy to make and prepare for when you do have to go to work or like I want to eat it in the woods.
