Day 4 of the week without meat.
Today it will be a hussel jar. Fortunately, I had already peeled two potatoes this morning. Even though the activity with the dogs did not go through this afternoon, I had everything to arrange, consult, remove announcements, to Whatsappen and email. Eventually, I wasn't home until 6:30.
First an onion in the pan, potatoes in small pieces, I also cut the broccoli a bit smaller, some waspea, and suddenly my daughter brought a fennel. While all that goodies are cooking, I slaughter the zucchini and the peppers. It all just fits in the pan.
With a spinach cheese rondo again a delicious meal.

Ik kies er voor om geen vleesvervangers te gebruiken. Er zitten te vaak stoffen in die ik liever niet gebruik. Of weet jij een merk/winkel waar dit wel mee valt?
