Show moreSince there is lactose intolerance in our family, I very much applaud plant-based milk products, it is a real relief to be able to replace milk and cream, but I also ask myself questions to a vegetarian butcher who offers masses of products in a form that does meat thinking. Why do people like to stick to the tradition of potatoes (or rice or pasta), vegetables and a piece of meat on their plates? Shouldn't it be just vegetables, rice and possibly nuts or pasta with vegetables or. Sticking to the old familiar image is really strange to me.
Margaret Thatcher 😃 Such a vegetarian butcher with a steel cow is of course an ideal solution. It seems to me that animal consumption products can quickly become a thing of the past.
