💠 Salt
💠 Milk 4 tablespoons

💠 Butter
💠 1L of Water
💠 Oil

1 ️ In a casula place all the ingredients except flour and only 100g of sugar
2 ️ When it boils Quickly place the flour, you will form a dough
3 ️ Let it rest a little and then shape it with a churrera pastry bag
4 ️ Fry until golden and remove from heat to a pasta strainer or napkins to drain the oil
