Ladoo is a very popular sweet in India. It can be made of different ingredients. People make ladoos with plain flour, chickpea flour, peanuts, dry fruits, flax seeds, and mostly anything they can lay their hands on in India. It is a famous sweet that is made in almost all festivals and occasions and is loved by people of all ages. They are relatively very easy to make and you can mix and add different ingredients to make it. They look like round balls and you can make them in any size you want. My personal favorite is Nariyal (coconut) ladoo.

Here is how I make instant coconut ladoo at home.

250 grams of desiccated coconut powder
2 cups of condensed milk

1. Take condensed milk and pour it in a wok
2. Cook it for 2 min on low heat, stir it continuously
3. Add coconut powder to it and mix it well. Keep a handful of powder aside for later.
4. Let it stay on low flame for 1 minute and remove
5. Put it on a plate and start forming small round balls of whatever size you wish.
6. This will make about 12 palm-size ladoos
7. Roll each ladoo in the coconut powder you left aside, make sure each ladoo is coated well.
8. Serve.

Try making it at home and tell me if you like it.
