#elliebrokking #watetenwevandaag #nagerecht The ham in this dish is first salted, and then dried slowly, which gives it a specific taste. The fermented cheese is nice and spicy because of the blue mold. And the candied ginger has a long shelf life, because it is pickled with a lot of sugar.
