Aperture and Depth of Field .

How does it work again? Aperture, depth of field, background more and less light. I try to explain it clearly and simply. Apply what applies to you, and the technical story behind it isn't really important. Unless you want to understand that background, of course.!

The aperture is a round window in the lens that can open and close just like your pupil.

  • If aperture is open ( large aperture ), comes lots of light your lens inside.
  • If the aperture is more dense ( small aperture ), comes low light the lens inside.
