Many people start the New Year with good intentions. They take for now finally to quit smoking, start exercising more, go on a diet and lose some pounds. Often nothing of those intentions comes up at all. We just eat too much and unhealthy the first days of the year. Finally the leftovers also have to be taken up and so we take ourselves to start a few days later and after that we also have the New Year's receptions with the tasty snacks (although this will be considerably less this year). And that more movement is not as attractive as you intend to do it outside because the weather is not really attractive. Well, just pick out that huge amount of old photos or finally fix that one room. We shift with our goals and over time they disappear into the corner of forgetfulness or it keeps haunting in our heads and then sometimes we feel guilty because it doesn't happen this time either.
