From that point of view, digital transformation has become an opportunity for different sectors. It has allowed them to convert data into knowledge, incorporate new communication channels, loyalty customers through innovative mechanisms and digitize the commercial network. The telecommuting and virtual education outreach demonstrate the power of this new era, it seeks to develop a culture capable and interconnected. Digital transformation has redefined society and business models. It includes the possibility of generating new opportunities in the market.

The digital transformation has had a positive impact on the education and labor sector. In the case of organizations that write for me, the implementation of new technologies has made it possible to simplify each of the internal and external processes that are handled, making them efficient and dynamic. On the other hand, in education, the gap between the limits of learning and knowledge was broken through the virtual teaching modality.

In other words, with the digital transformation and the implementation of new technologies, we seek to redefine the vision of an organization, generating a more modern and humanized perspective. Through it, it is possible to improve the customer experience, create new competitive advantages, analyze data, generate a collaborative organizational culture, and give the opportunity to digitize the work modality (currently known as teleworking).
