Divorce in Idaho:General Overview

There is no solution to the phenomenon of divorce. According to the Bureau of Statistics, almost every second family union in the United States collapses. The institution of marriage bent under the weight of a huge question mark. Involuntarily, I recall the old, old monologue of my friends from the college: “Why do people get married? Some because of love, some because of stupidity .. "  
Americans prefer not to do stupid things and with might and main use the freedom to live with a partner without any legalized registration of the relationship. Then suddenly a mysterious thing happens - and yesterday's "boyfriend-girlfriend" are attracted to the mayor's office or to the temple of God, often here and there. Jacqueline B. Gunn,an expert from the service that provides Idaho divorce forms is usually incredibly strict, however, when asked why people who are not constrained by conventions still strive to seal their union legitimately, she answers with a grain of sentimentality: - Well, of course, it's a tradition ... And, of course, the issue of social status is quite serious, especially for a woman: a married society looks a little differently than a free one. With all levels of unrestrainedness! One can interpret the censure of a lady who does not have a husband as philistine - but we have what we have. - And yet, based on your experience: why do people, for whom yesterday it was happiness just to touch each other, get divorced? - A similar question would be more appropriate to ask a sociologist and psychologist. Or a poet ... It's good to start a conversation about legal aspects with a joke: the main reason for divorce is marriage. That is, each family is a small, or even a large theater, each has its own scenarios, according to which it is sometimes impossible to live together, alas. If not at all joking, then in the law of the state of Idaho, the main reasons for divorce are indicated. The first is dramatic: abuse by one spouse to the other. When this particular reason can be proved, the judge, as a rule, does not appeal to the world, does not insist that the husband and wife think more and come after a while: they will be divorced quickly. Reason two: one spouse leaves the other. Sometimes on his/her own initiative, sometimes, as they say, he or she is simply pushed out. If, in this situation, the two do not live together for a year, this is grounds for divorce.
It happens that spouses live on the same meters, but there is no relationship between them: a year of such platonic coexistence is also a reason for divorce. Another reason is the imprisonment of one of the spouses for a long time. Part three of Section One hundred and seventy of the Family Relations Act protects those left at liberty: if he (she) does not want to come to terms with the fate of the straw widower or widow, this is recognized as a valid reason for divorce.
-Does adultery break families more than any prison?
-Unpopular base. Dirty, dreary, sickening. I do not recommend that divorce applicants grasp this questionable straw. We need indisputable evidence, witnesses. Sometimes it comes to the curious: one of the spouses frankly admits - yes, there was a sin! - and the judge says no. A private detective was watching the guilty person, was the person seen near a house where the object of his passion supposedly lives? So what, I just walked by ... I try to convince clients not to collect dirt of this kind for their spouse, whom it was decided to transfer to the category of the former: mental losses are too great. That there was excruciatingly painful ...    
Divorce or legal separation?
Still, more often you can meet the term “separation”. First, let’s touch on the indefinite “separation”, with no real intention to divorce: once it used to help to receive from the state two cash benefits for poverty instead of one. Now this form of allegedly dissolving relations is losing popularity: the recent "separation" will not help applicants for SSI benefits, the state has figured out the trick. If you want to lead a separate financial existence - please divorce in full. "Separate" real, not fake is quite often the first step to divorce. Article one hundred and seventieth, part five. There is a court decision on separation, the spouses do not live together for a year - please go through life separately. There is a separation according to a fixed written agreement without a court decision - but after a year, this document may be enough to get a divorce. And finally, the most popular reason in Idaho: broken relationship without the possibility of recovery, the so-called no-fault divorce. Unlike the throwing precedent, there is no need to blame anyone. The agreement is mutual, six months have passed - the parties are free from each other. - But the paths to this freedom are rarely covered with roses: dramas, passions to shreds ... Is there a way to make divorces - well, not that painless, but at least less difficult.
