DIY soap jewelry making with SES
Today we went to make our own soaps with the “Soap Jewels” of SES ! My craft friend Jessica was also back and very excited to get started.
First, she was allowed to unpack the package. A beautiful chrome-colored tin is hidden under the SES wrapper. Pink tissue paper on the inside and everything you need: Solid soap, molds and a glitter tube! There are 4 different colors. And it already smells really good, all that soap!
Together, we started: We read through the instructions, which are described on a handy paper. Remove soap from the plastic and put it in a glass { die in de magnetron mag} Per stuk zeep, 20 seconden en niet langer! Just make sure that the soap is really hot when it comes out of the microwave. Jessica briefly stirs the soap liquid. Then you pour it into the mold holder. You can add glitter to the mold before, after or even during glitter. This for the extra bling bling effect. The shapes look like jewelry.
You can vary color layers, but also just 1 of the same color per shape. Whatever you like! When all shapes are filled, it is time to cure the soaps. Just take an hour to do that and it's definitely good! You can then carefully take them out.
