The dad's balls are dream balls for a reason. That's what they have been for Joep and his brothers and sister since time immemorial, so to speak. They don't know better. And that's what Joep explicitly hopes for.
Together with Jannet, Joep decided to go to the landfill tomorrow morning. Then it's just about to happen, he sighs when they're in bed. But secretly, he still has hope.
He wakes up in the middle of the night. Ready, awake. That would never happen to him otherwise, so he immediately realizes that this means something. Slowly, it dawns on him that he had a dream. And he got an idea: take a look at the paper container
Before he knows it, he serves Jannet a hot sausage sandwich. After all, he found the source. The dream balls were still lying among the waste paper. They are very happy!
