Ramsey Nasr recited an impressive text to Khalid & Sophie about the fate of the Gazans on Wednesday evening. “All the hostages, all the dead from Israel and Europe, have been given their names. Their friends and family members have been heard, here on TV, in the newspaper. Their lives, dreams, ideals are known to us forever. And I think that's right,” began the actor, writer and son of a Palestinian father and Dutch mother.
“Well, I have a question. Do Palestinian lives have the same value for us? Do we also know the names of their dead babies, their humiliated grandparents and murdered children? Do we know their individual dreams, friends, school reports? Palestinian lives are usually listed by number. 48 dead, 1,200 wounded. No names but numbers.” . #palestinian #Gaza
