Do you drink enough water?
Drinking 15 to 2 liters of water every day is necessary to keep your body healthy. Quite logical even when you consider that the same body consists of more than half of water. The total amount of fluid in your body depends on. your weight, your age and your gender, but also your body composition (eg. the amount of muscle mass), where you live and how much you move daily, affect the amount of fluid your body needs.
Infants: ± 75% of body weight
Men: ± 60% of body weight
Women: ± 55% of body weight
To get your day off to a good start, drink right away one to two large glasses of water . It's best to do this before you work your first cup of coffee inside. Also drink a glass of water before and after each meal. Your digestive system works better when you drink a drink of water regularly while eating. If you're not a fan of water, you can try to get some add fruit for a little extra flavour. Sparkling water can also provide a good variety.
