One looks in to do the hair right, to see if there are no more dirty smudges on your face, or maybe check your makeup, and the next one for something else.

Tonight I heard that you can also look in the mirror and say something positive to yourself: “You matter” “You are good as you are”

Etc...
I thought that was a very nice one.
Let me take myself as an example... I tell my children, I say it to the children I see at Crea-studios, at school etc...
But when I look in the mirror, it is indeed usually to see if there is no huge pimple on my face, a crazy wipe or so.

But what I give my children and say to the children I see, I may say to myself.
