Do you ever step back?

Good morning,
What can words or ways you react?
In principle, each reaction arouses a certain feeling. This reaction (s) can therefore be translated into a kind of energy, which can also often affect a situation you are in at that moment.
Especially when you are deeply touched and you (almost) cannot find an appropriate answer.
You may be irritated, agitated, irritated, and at that time can even get angry.
The words are a little lost, but change in an energy is perceptible in the attitude and expression of your face.
There is resistance in you and words can then be spoken in a different tone by you.
Not agreeing with something does not mean that you want to end up in a stalemate where words cause resistance. Or that you get the feeling that you don't want to offer a solution.
Solutions can also be found, by withdrawing or giving it time, changing the nuance of this energy.
The answer or reaction you give can also become clear, only by the mimicry that is readable, i.e. an attitude that you take by an expression on your face.
The starting position will always be appropriate (for you). But you never know what it could bring to another.
Give each other the space to be and take a step back once in a while. You can do that!
