There is nothing that gives or guarantees in advance, because every moment can run differently than you wish.
Influenced by your environment, trusted people or people who have your best interests at the forefront, you will take these steps yourself.
You're the one who determines the pace, the rhythm and the impetus. No one else makes this choice for you, because you feel when and how you can take them.
With or without resistance, you then go on this journey of discovery and then engage in this “lesson” with yourself.
