Rest!?
Feel!

Words!
Hollow = empty, meaningless, insignificant...
Think about the latter words. What do they do with you and with what intentions are these familiar words, phrases, stories spoken? What do you discover when something is/sounds hollow and is pronounced in this way?
Then what are you paying attention to? Posture, mimicry, pitch, way of looking and/or maybe even looking away.
Everything forms a feeling, so you can discover what it does to you. A whole that lets you come in or not.
Something that is important to you or another, makes you “feel” with what intention something is pronounced. Words: they always have a purpose.
That goal can make you bend, break, connect, make you believe and turn away. A word, a sentence, can make you forget and/or overrule many words, so that the intention taken will be decisive in whether it arrives or not!
A word, perhaps also a facial expression, the non-verbal language can mean so much. Whether there is a connection or not, it is only really experienced when it is expressed from the heart.
The heart can mean so much in a message that can be conveyed, as long as it is expressed out of “love and love”.
Even if they are confrontational or weighty, valuable words, they will be able to be received “appropriately”.
Do you let “rest” experience when you communicate something that matters?
