Operation kidney stone removal

On June 10, 2020 I was expected at the beginning of the afternoon in the hospital. I was second on the schedule for the afternoon program for the operation. I was really nervous. I had a lot of things haunted, including the previous experiences after the similar operation I had in 2008.

Fortunately, I was able to make my fears and my tension very well negotiable with the nurses of the department and was given a calming table before I had surgery. It not only calmed me down, I also became quite 'wappie' from it. I went into surgery quite relaxed. Out, however, was another story, the pain was unbearable.

Thus, in this operation, a catheter is inserted, and not only that, a stent is inserted that connects to the catheter and is in the kidneys. So you can imagine that this is not a good feeling. It really gave me the feeling of an even worse BTlaas ignition I had already had in recent periods. The nurses of the department always tried to reassure me that this came from the catheter and that the pain would decrease as soon as it was out. I had to be patient, because the catheter really had to sit for the night.

The next morning on 11 June I was very grateful that finally the catheter was allowed out. The pain that resembled a cystitis, it only remained very strong. According to the nurses, I did not have to worry, because this was normal after having had a catheter. The bladder had to get started again and then it would become less in the course of the day.
