A beautiful bike ride

Before the end of July I rented a hiker cabin for a few days at the Forest Camping near Appelscha. From the site it's easy to cycle to the Doldersummerveld. Google find a nice route for us.

Beautiful narrow bike paths.

What a nice place!

This is where cows run, hence the barbed wire.

Wronted me in all sorts of curves to get a cow on it.

With a little patience, I managed to photograph the hunebed without people.

Beauty.

When I stop taking my jacket off, I see this beautiful porcelain butterfly. A moth, so he's sleeping now.

And that fungus is a Wide Poric Coric fungus (Datronia mollis), and the butterfly is very similar to Heivlinder (Hipparchia semele), see this picture from observations.
