Rewarding yourself after achieving a goal is something many people do and I fully support that because it is essential to keep your motivation.

But did you know that rewarding yourself with EAT falls under emotion eating? Emotion eating is a topic we prefer not to talk about out of shame but so important to tackle if you want to lose weight ⚖️

Often we come up with all kinds of excuses for our eating behavior, but what would happen if you threw those excuses overboard and take control back into your own hands?
