Drawing is good for your mind. At least that's how it works for me. Where the one to #yoga does, or #mediteren , or go for a walk, I do drawing. When I draw/paint I completely crawl with my thoughts into what I am making. My thoughts are parked somewhere and my peace can be found in drawing. And if it succeeds well, it gives a satisfied and happy feeling. Tonight I chose flowers, in calm colors. #aquarel .
It's nice when you can find something that will calm you down, where you can relax. Wondering what that is/can be for the other person?
