Flower Arranging

is always a fun activity with the elderly. The ladies, but also gentlemen always enjoy it tremendously. Now that it's almost Easter I bought some little chicks and a kilo of Easter eggs. After almost all the shops I found some blue grapes in a jar, which I could easily disassemble again. Furthermore, with that storm I had found a big branch of a winding willow and in the grass at our nursing home is a lot of moss and in the park forest the world of ivy. Before the residents came to the seat I just had time to make a quick example and also to try out how to put that flower bulb in the oasis.

That turned out very easy. With a potato peeler I had made a hole right through the oasis where the carrots could hang nicely in the cup. Next time I'll bring an apple drill, it'll be even easier.

And see here the results.

After a very pleasant morning in which residents of two different living rooms have met with each other. That new lady talks Gronings and that's what the neighbor likes to hear again. The retired farmer fetches memories with another pioneer. For a lady who can't do anything anymore, I put the example in her room, she can enjoy it with her husband when he comes to visit. When I come back to the village I will soon buy a new bag of Easter eggs, because there is not enough left for the other two groups. Because yes, we had to make sure they were good Easter eggs.
