It is amazing to see the constant changes in our society, this dynamism partly a product of external cultural influences Education in its dynamic evolution requires constant training from this professional, these new and constant challenges of keeping up with such changes motivate the educator to train, to prepare every day.

Knowing this reality, our institution has made efforts to update and prepare its staff, sometimes making use of institutions with which it has links or sending teachers to be trained and that they in turn share their experiences of what they have learned with the rest of the staff.

We have had the opportunity before the crown, to receive training workshops in our institution regarding: methodology, legal aspects, approach in special cases, health prevention, motivation, among others.


Formación al Personal
Es asombroso ver los cambios constantes en nuestra sociedad, ese dinamismo producto en parte de las influencias culturales exteriores La educación en su dinámica evolución exige de este profesional la formación constante, estos nuevos y constantes retos de estar a la par a tales cambios motiva al educador a formarse, a prepararse cada día.

Nuestra institución conociendo esta realidad ha hecho esfuerzos para estar actualizando y preparando a su personal valiéndose en ocasiones de instituciones con las cuales tiene enlaces o enviando a docentes a formarse y que estos a su vez compartan sus experiencias de lo aprendido con el resto del personal.

Hemos tenido la oportunidad antes del corona, de recibir talleres de formación en nuestra institución referente a: metodología, aspectos legales, abordaje en casos especiales, prevención en salud, motivación, entre otros.
