Egg omelet

Here I go with my first and humble recipe I hope you like.

Egg omelettes.
2 Eggs.
Cooked spinach (amount you like)
Ham (amount you like)
salt.

Beat eggs together with cooked spinach already cut and ham cut into small pieces.
bring to a frying pan with a little oil and cook when you see that this list is turned over and
is it still cooking until golden.
Then we can serve to eat it, in my case with an arepa and grated cheese.
I was very rich.

Maybe many find it a little rough but the kitchen I show you is authentic, I liked
show them I hope I can share more with you.
