Ingredients:
Serving: 1

•    1 egg
•    1 small onion (chopped)
•    1 or 2 green chillies (chopped)
•    Deseeded tomato or bell pepper
•    Some coriander leaves
•    Turmeric
•    Black pepper and Salta as per your taste

Preparation:

Break an egg in a bowl and add all the ingredients. Beat well with a fork or egg beater. Heat a pan, grease it with oil. Let the pan be hot; once done, dip one side of the bread into the egg mixture and place it into a heated pan. Keep the flame to medium heat; when the egg is cooked, pour the remaining mixture into the pan, and cook and cut in the centre with a wooden spoon. When cooked, turn off the flame and enjoy it with a hot cup of tea.
