What a miss on Isabella's part!

For Isabella Donkerenbos — aka former Football Girl Isa Bos — it's KNVB football camp the highlight of the year. She makes no secret of that on social media (such as Instagram).

Some fans follow her closely and then you see these kinds of messages passing by. She walks nicely towards the empty goal with the ball at her foot. So you would say: apple, egg! This can't be missed anymore. For an experienced player on the football field, this is a breeze.

But what happens then cannot be described with a pen. This moment could haunt her just as much as the missed penalty of the illustrious Australian top football player Sam Kerr . The ball goes high over the goal. Miss cat!

Shame after embarrassing miss

Of course, eleven-year-old Isabella Donkerenbos, our ancient Football Girl, plunges to the ground in shame. An embarrassing miss like that doesn't suit a talent like her. And that moment will not be forgotten.
