What do you need:
160 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
65 gr cream butter (KT)
60 gr Greek yogurt
40 gr icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk
Filling;
3 apples
20 gr sugar
Knit cinnamon
50 gr ground walnuts
Preparation of filling;
Apples grate coarsely, put in a saucepan on the fire, add sugar and cinnamon, stew until almost all the moisture evaporates, then add the crushed walnuts, stir well and remove from heat.
Preparation of dough;
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix, make a ball and let it stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Composition;
