You can do it two or three times a week. It is a slight peeling but just enough to remove the dead skin cells and get a nice smooth face. Without your head turning out to tomato red!? You know those too coarse scrub grains that you destroy half your skin with haha. This is a subtle scrub, but it really does its job. As well as the delicious Avocado Mask that you can apply as cooling delicious after exfoliating. With the mask you can do at least 3 times your face is quite a lot in the bag.
