Always nice to stand in the kitchen to make a delicious pasta. One of my favorite recipes is Lasagne bolognese. Lasagna I like best with the spinach sheets as a dough layer. I don't use béchamel sauce, just cheese. Take a quick look at how you can make this delicious lasagna?

500 grams minced beef
1 tbsp chopped herbs
1 tsp italian spice mix
1 big onion
1 red bell pepper
1 cup of mushrooms
1 pack Honig lasagna sheets spinach
2 packs of 400 or 500 gram sifted tomatoes
1 bag of grated cheese
2 garlic cloves
100 gram arugula
1 cucumber
