Lasagna bolognese

Always nice to stand in the kitchen to make a delicious pasta. One of my favorite recipes is Lasagne bolognese. Lasagna I like best with the spinach sheets as a dough layer. I don't use béchamel sauce, just cheese. Take a quick look at how you can make this delicious lasagna?

What do you need

500 grams minced beef
1 tbsp chopped herbs
1 tsp italian spice mix
1 big onion
1 red bell pepper
1 cup of mushrooms
1 pack Honig lasagna sheets spinach
2 packs of 400 or 500 gram sifted tomatoes
1 bag of grated cheese
2 garlic cloves
100 gram arugula
1 cucumber

Season the minced meat with the chopped herbs, about 1 tablespoon and mix it together. Add 1 tsp. add mixed Italian herbs and also mix it well into the minced meat. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

Fry the minced meat, roll and cook in a small snack pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, cut the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms into pieces and first add the onion to the minced meat, then after a minute the sliced bell pepper and let it last 5 minutes. Then add the sifted tomatoes and stir in.

Add the sliced mushrooms and mix it together. Let the sauce simmer for a minute and then reduce the heat. Cut two garlic cloves into small pieces or put them in the garlic press. Then mix it into the sauce. Cook gently for another minute and then you turn off the gas.

Grab a baking dish and start with a layer of sauce. Then you put the lasagna sheets over the layer of sauce. Then again a layer of sauce and then again and again build up layer by layer. Finish with a generous layer of sauce and cover the last layer with grated cheese.

Place the baking dish in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the arugula and cut the cucumber into slices. After 30 minutes, the lasagna can be removed from the oven and leave it for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve the lasagna on the plate and finish with some rocket leaves.

Bon aptit!
