A nice hamburger to lick your fingers. Fast food but then keto

Ingredients 5 Burgers

  • 600 grams of minced beef
  • 100 grams of bacon cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • few drops of tabasco
  • 100 grams of red onion very finely chopped

Fry the bacon strips. Take a large bowl and mix the minced meat with the spices, onion, mustard and tabasco and fried bacon and make 5 equal balls of this. I have my own hamburger press with which I can easily push the air out of the minced meat, but if you don't have it, you'll turn it into pretty flat burgers.

Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for about 8 to 12 minutes until cooked.

I ate this burger on the Italian sphere and invests with a slice of red cheddar, iceberg lettuce, tomato, sugar-free ketchup and a Kesbeke pickle. Nice cucumber salad, and my meal was complete.
