Ingredients 1 person

  • 1 Italian sphere
  • 50 grams of cucumber
  • 2 candy tomatoes
  • 25 grams of mature cheese
  • 1 boiled egg
  • Cream butter


I have taken my own Italian sphere here but you can of course use any low carb balls for this. Spread the bun with cream butter, cucumber, tomato, cheese and a boiled egg.

I can go ahead for at least four hours.. If you get hungry, next time add some mayonnaise and eat an extra boiled egg.
