Delicious slow cook beef satay dish. Easy to prepare in advance and warm up the next day. Per person it contains 4.3 carbohydrates.

Ingredients for 4 people


Remove the riblappen from the refrigerator 2 hours in advance. Pat it well dry and cut into beautiful cubes. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Cut the onions into cubes and squeeze the garlic. and cut the red pepper small. Heat the lard in a good frying pan that can also be in the oven. Roast the meat around brown and remove from the pan. Now fry the onions with garlic and red pepper in the frying grease and pour in the soy sauce along with the coconut milk and broth and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, add the meat and reduce the heat. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and place the casserole with lid in the middle of the oven and let it stew gently for at least 120 minutes.
