Ingredients 4 servings:

1/2 Kilo of washed and peeled creole potatoes
Extract the liquid from 2 lemons (96 ml)
1 can of tuna in oil (180 g)
1/2 red or white onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 finely chopped tomatoes (236 g)
1 tablespoonful of finely chopped fresh parsley (10 g)
4 tablespoons of MILK CREAM
1 avocado you have cut into thin slices

Instructions:

1) Prepare the puree
In a medium saucepan, cook the potatoes in water over medium heat until soft and remove them, drain the water and put them in a cup, mash them with a fork into a puree, add a spoonful of lemon juice.

2) Prepare the tuna
In a medium bowl, mix the tuna (discarding oil), the rest of the lemon juice, the onion, half of the tomato, the parsley and the MILK CREAM, until all ingredients are incorporated.

3) Arm the causes
On a plate place a medium greased metal or plastic ring inside, fill the bottom of the ring with mashed potatoes, on top put avocado to cover the whole potato, continue with the tuna until the tuna layer is covered with mashed potatoes and so on until you finish assembling 4 causes, and that all the ingredients are used in equal parts.

4) Unmold and serve
Carefully slide the metal ring upwards, ensuring that the cause takes off and is on the plate and decorate with the remaining tomato squares and serve.
