Surimi Salad

I myself regularly make a homemade surimi salad, which is delicious for bread, toast or in a wrap with some iceberg lettuce. Actually, it's a very simple one and it's done quickly and I love it. Want to know how to make this surimi salad? You can read that in this blog.


  • 8 Surimi Sticks
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon of fine mustard
  • chives (fresh it is tastier)
  • garlic powder
  • Paprika powder



  • A large bowl where you can make the surimi salad in (A mixing bowl also wants)
  • Cutting board
  • Laddle
  • A knife to cut the surimis, the spring onion and the chives can
  • A tablespoon for the mayonnaise and Mascarpone
  • A teaspoon for the mustard

Method of preparation:

Cut the surimi into cubes, put it in a bowl and add the mascarpone, mayonnaise and mustard here.

Stir this well with a tablespoon.

Cut the spring onion as finely as possible and add to the surimi 1 teaspoon of fine mustard.

Add the paprika powder and garlic powder to your taste garlic powder.

Cut the chives finely and add it to the surimi and stir it again with the tablespoon well and taste it to taste.

And that's it, really simple and is done quickly.
