I like to make food photos. So also of this green pepper.
If you cut it open the way I did in the picture, you can see the structure of the seeds beautifully.
It's almost a stamp.
The green pepper is actually unripe and has a bitter taste with a herbaceous undertone. I don't choose him as often as I prepare a meal. Only on the pizza, actually.
The green pepper contains more fiber and vitamin K than the other color types, but it does contain the least vitamins and nutrients if you compare it to the red, yellow and orange peppers.
Why is that?
The reason is that the green pepper is harvested first.
