Eggs Roll with Ham Recipe:

INGREDIENTS
[10 eggs, 250 g of ham, 1/2 cup of milk, 4 tablespoons of chopped chives, Salt and pepper to taste, Vegetable oil]

FOOD RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, when they are integrated, add the chives and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a little fat in a pan with a non-stick coating, empty a portion of the egg and cook over low heat until cooked.

3. Put the tortilla on a plate and when it cools down a bit, arrange one or two slices of ham and fold to form a roll.

4. Repeat the procedure until you finish the servings; slice the rolls and serve.

PROCEDURE

Apart mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chives. We spread on the tortilla, and on top, we place the salmon or trout slices.
We roll the tortilla carefully, cut it in half, and secure each one with a toothpick.
Serve the salmon or trout cylinders vertically on a plate decorating with chopped chives and accompanied by fruit.
