Chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients soil:

120 grams of cream butter (may also be margarine)

120 grams of granulated sugar

Bag of vanilla sugar

Two eggs

150 grams of flour

Approximately ½ teaspoon of baking powder

Spring shape diameter 26 cm

Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and butter with the mixer until it is well mixed. Then mix the eggs through. After that, mix the flour and baking powder sifted through it. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease the spring form and then sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Divide the solid base in the mold over the bottom. Fry the bottom in 20 minutes until it has become reasonable/ beautiful brown. Remove excess breadcrumbs from the spring form.
Ingredients topping:

250 grams of cottage cheese

250 ml whipped cream

125 grams of bark sugar

100 grams of dark chocolate (bar)

6 leaves gelatin

Can of pie filling (I used cherries)

Mix the cottage cheese and sugar. Melt chocolate in a saucepan (add a little water). Soak gelatin in water. Heat a little whipped cream in a saucepan to dissolve gelatin.

Whisk whipped cream (without sugar)

Add melted chocolate to cottage cheese, then the whipped cream and finally the gelatin.

Leave to stiff in the refrigerator.

Garnish with pie fruit if the pie is well lifted.
