#news Tasmanian demons in the wild disappeared from mainland Australia some 3,000 years ago, according to some speculations, they are said to have been exterminated by dingoes and wild dogs. Some conservationists indicated on (25052021) that specimens of these reintroduced marsupials have been reproduced in the natural state, which provides hope that it has been worth the effort to preserve them.
Aussie Ark and other conservation groups revealed that seven of these carnivorous mammals were born in a 400-hectare wilderness reserve in Barrington Tops, north of Sydney.
Known for their loud roar, powerful jaws and ferocity when faced with adversaries, whether for food or couples, demons are classified as an endangered species
It is estimated that almost 25,000 demons still live on the island of Tasmania
