Chicken meatballs with zucchini

Chicken meatballs with zucchini from the oven (or airfryer) Recipe for 4 people


1 small zucchini 500 grams of chicken minced meat 1 egg 20 grams of breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs parsley, finely chopped (to your liking) possibly spices such as, paprika powder, cumin, italian herbs salt and pepper (to your liking)

PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grate the zucchini with peel and drain with a little salt on top in a colander. Mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs, parsley and the seasonings chosen to your taste. Squeeze out any excess liquid from the zucchini asp and add it to the minced meat, mix well and then turn small balls of it. Put the balls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until firm and cooked.
