Recipe: Potato salad from cauliflower
It tastes as tasty as ordinary potato salad, but with a fraction of the carbohydrates!
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 grams of cauliflower florets finely
 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
 - 1 small red onion
 - 2 eggs
 - fresh dill to your liking
 - salt and pepper
 
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Put the cauliflower florets in a medium saucepan and put them under cold water.
