- 500 grams of cauliflower florets finely
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 small red onion
- 2 eggs
- fresh dill to your liking
- salt and pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Put the cauliflower florets in a medium saucepan and put them under cold water.
Bring the water to a boil and boil the cauliflower florets until tender.
Drain the cauliflower florets and allow to cool completely.
Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard for about 8 minutes. Scare under cold water and cool.
Peel and chop the red onion and finely chop the boiled eggs.
Mix the cauliflower florets with mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, red onion, eggs and dill in a large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Keep the salad in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Of course, the herbs and spices can be adjusted in quantities as desired.
