Broccoli Gratin
What you need:

400 grams Broccoli
2 onions
500 gram potato slices
300 grams chicken breast
50 ml cooking cream (light)
75 grams grated cheese
1 sachet Maggi brocoli Gratin
Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 190 degrees (Hot air at 175 degrees)
Cut the broccoli into florets, chicken and 200gram onion into cubes
Fry the chicken for 3 minutes to early then add the broccoli and onion and fry it for 7 minutes
Spread half of the potato slices over the bottom of a greased baking dish. Then put the chicken and broccoli and onion on top and then add the other half Potato slices on top.
Add the Maggi Brocoli Gratin Sachet with 200ml of water and 50ml Cooking Cream in a saucepan, Bring it to a boil and pour over and sprinkle a little cheese on top.
Let the dish go in the oven for about 30 minutes/turn golden brown
