Easy peasy chocolate pie

The first word of the December challenge is... chocolate!

Let that be my greatest sin.

I'm not a candy or a dessert person, but chocolate...

So I'm going to start with a super simple dish for a chocolate cake.

Who has allergies: it can be with gluten-free flour (I used too), vegetable milk and it is without eggs.

The list of ingredients:


Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. This can be done with a regular spoon.

After that, add the spoons of oil and the spoons of milk.

Make it a dough by stirring with a whisk.

Is the dough too dry? Then add some milk until you mix better.

Is it too wet? Add a little bit of flour.

Put the dough in a low silicone mold (30 cm diameter) or use baking paper to prevent sticking.

Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
