As everyone knows no love sharing recipes of our beloved Israel, we within Judaism to eat at the shabbat dinner have three customs such as the inclusion of fish, which symbolizes fertility; the inclusion of meat, which symbolizes wisdom, and the consumption of two loaves or pieces of challah bread, representing the two portions of manna that the people of Israel consumed on their journey through the desert to the Promised Land. In this way everything has a meaning, just as we do with meals for other holidays such as pilgrimage holidays of the people of Israel such as the pesach, shavuot and sukkot.

Ingredients

800 g of fresh fish pieces
4 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 peeled garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoon lemon juice
parsley or coriander finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon curcuma powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix lemon zest, honey, chopped garlic, oil, lemon juice, half chopped parsley or coriander, salt, pepper and curcuma in a bowl. Grease well with oil.

Place the pieces of fish on the baking sheet with the skin facing down.
Add the sauce on all sides of the fish and cover them well with the sauce .

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put the tray in the oven 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked at the time you want .

Remove the fish and wait a few minutes, then serve it to the table with rice and steamed vegetables, and without fail the special touch the glass of wine that cannot be missed at any Jewish celebration.
