Make pesto with carrot leaves, garlic and bascilicum (vegan)

I made pesto with very few ingredients and it tasted fine.

  • What do you need?

    • Root leaves from one bunch of carrots
    • leaves of 3 sprigs of basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic or garlic powder
  • olive oil
  • Cut the leaves of the carrots finely and put in a mix cup

    Pick the leaves of basil from the sprigs and add them also

    Cut the garlic cloves finely or sprinkle the powder Add

    a large splash of olive oil and mix with a blender to make it smooth

    If

    it is too thick add more oil to make it beautiful

    The pesto can be used with pasta dishes but on a toast it is also tasty.
