Following my post Sannie's Pulled beef from the slow cooker, here is the beef salad recipe that you can make from the meat.

** Sannie's Beef Salad

**Supplies:

** 500 grams of beef (remnant of your own recipe pulled beef from the slow cooker)
** 1 kilo of boiling potatoes (peeled and in small cubes)
** 1 onion (small shredded)
** 2 sweet little apples (cut into small cubes)
** 2 eggs (hard-boiled, peeled and cut small)
** ½ jar of Kesbeke little pickle cubes (drained)
** ½ jar of Kesbeke little shredded onions (sweet and sour, drained)
** 4 tablespoons of French fries sauce (I use Remia Zero)
** 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup (I use Heinz 50%)
** 1 small can of Bonduelle village peas (drained 140 grams)
** ½ tablespoon paprika powder spicy
** 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
** 1 beef stock cube (to cook the potatoes)
** freshly ground pepper (to taste)

** Preparation Method:

** Cook a pot of plenty of water and a beef stock cube. Throw the potato cubes into the boiling water and wait for it to boil again. Cook the potato cubes for 10 to 12 minutes, drain and cool.

** Boil eggs, cool, peel and cut small.

** Cut the rest of the ingredients.

**Mix everything together.

** Eats tasty!

** Nice on (stick) bread or barbecue.
