England starts at the source.

I found this positive message in the Optimist Daily on Monday, January 22.
Very well, in England, they have understood that the best way to address the problem with microplastics is to start at the source.
Let's hope that a way will also be found to clean up the microplastic, which has already ended up in the environment. I already read about a trial that was done with triangle mussels. They may be able to filter the microplastics out of the water.
But while we wait here in the Netherlands for products containing microplastics to be banned here too, we can of course do something ourselves.
DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN MICROPLASTIC.
