Enneagram - The Absolute Beginner's Guide to the Enneagram of Personality

Before I continue, I would like to say that there are many different ways of translating that we know about the enneagram. There are a few different “schools of thought” on this subject that you will no doubt find out a lot about as you go deeper into the story. That being said, what you are going to read is blurred, there are opinions, there is only a little knowledge, but hopefully just enough to give you a taste of Enneagram. And- most importantly- it gives you a deep digging Push.

The Enneagram, literally, is a symbol. It is a nine-point symbol that has emerged from many religions for thousands of years. No one knows for sure how the ancient people came up with the idea or how they used it until recently. The Enneagram Spectrum summarizes speculation about the origin of the enneagram as follows:

I think comparing these filters to computer "applications" is a good way to understand them. Some people use Windows, some people use Linux, and some people use an Apple computer. Just all the different ways of taking sensory input, planning, and reaction.

The beauty of this lesson is that when you are able to express the deepest feelings and understanding of your friends, loved ones, and especially you, you reach a point that you did not have before. He sees himself clearly. As never before ...

Different schools take Enneagram in many different ways. Some offer tips on how to achieve professional success, others give it to Life coaches to help their clients with information. Others push you to your limits by finding areas of your personality that can be used for creative purposes. And many schools are doing a lot of other things outside of this Real Beginner's Guide. They are there for you to discover, enjoy, and report on.

Now, I would like to tell you that this is just a summary of the whole view. There is so much you can understand and live before you start reaping the rewards of Enneagram. However, I assure you, with enough time and energy, and self-awareness, Enneagram is the path to peace and contentment that is stronger than anything I have ever experienced.
