Environmentalists cleaned up the beach of La Vereda del Lago

The cleaning of the areas corresponding to the Vereda del Lago 2 was carried out on Friday, as commented by Grisel Mercadante, director of the NGO El Zulia Recicla, the activity began at 800 in the morning.

The NGOs involved are: El Zulia Recicla, La Papelera Has Hunger, ACLAMA, Azul Environmentalista, Ecoaventura, Racache and Friends of Lake Maracaibo, among others, it is also important to highlight the support and accompaniment of the IMAU and IMA and the Environmental Brigade of the Municipal Police of Maracaibo.

This activity is accompanied by talks to raise awareness among the population of the sector and visitors to such a busy recreational space.
